What is Dr. Stephan Bioxel Universal Disinfectant?

Bioxel is a disinfectant approved by the Romanian Ministry of Health / National Commission for Biocidal Products with approval no. 3513BIO (TP2) and 2291BIO (TP4).

The product approval is for TP4 (food industry) and TP2 (general spaces), Bioxel being a disinfectant with a wide area of ​​action.

Used according to the indications in the technical sheet (dilution and action time), Bioxel can carry out disinfection both for general spaces (TP2) and for spaces intended for food production and processing and fodder (TP4).

According to the opinion and the effectiveness tests carried out, Bioxel is effective on strains such as: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Enteroccocus hirae, etc.

Activity: bactericidal and fungicidal.

Active substance: 2.6% didecyldimethylammonium chloridePH: 7. It does not affect the surfaces on which it is applied. 

Where is Dr. Stephan Bioxel Universal Disinfectant used?

Bioxel is used to disinfect any surface.

a) In industry food (TP4): walls, floors, cold rooms, work tables and equipment, tools, tanks, packaging and bottling lines, vehicles transporting food products. In serving areas intended for the public: work and serving surfaces, crockery, cutlery, slicers, showcases, jukeboxes, etc.

b) General spaces (TP2) any surface that does not have direct contact with food such as : all surfaces in the bathroom, showers, door handles, chairs, various objects from playgrounds or gyms, floors, walls. 

How to use Dr. Stephan Bioxel Universal Disinfectant?

Before carrying out the disinfection, coarse residues will be removed from the surfaces. In order to carry out a correct disinfection process, the surface must not present biofilm-type films.

First clean, degrease or pickle, and then disinfect!

Bioxel is applied manually or mechanically, in the absence of food.

Requires rinsing after use. 

Dr. Stephan Bioxel Universal Disinfectant is applied diluted as follows:

-For bactericidal effect: dilute in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.9% (9ml product per 1l water) and leave to act for 5 minutes.

-For fungicidal effect: dilute in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 10% (100ml of product to 1l of water) and leave to act for of 15 minutes.
