Dengras food is a 2-in-1 disinfectant, it is both a degreaser and a disinfectant, with high power for cleaning, degreasing and disinfecting surfaces.

Activity: bactericidal and fungicidal.

Substance active: 2.2% didecyldimethylammonium chloridePH: 12.5.

- can be applied to any surface on that work with food or come into contact with food: tables, worktops, choppers, utensils, machines, walls, floors, work surfaces in the food industry, work surfaces in the feed preparation industry;

- it is a 2in1 product: disinfectant and degreaser;

- it is applied by manual spraying;

- does not leave traces;

- requires rinsing, it is very easy to rinse;

- approval TP4 (food industry);

- it is approved by the Ministry of Health;

- it is used pure or diluted;

- it is applied on non-porous surfaces, under hygienic conditions;

How to use Dr Stephan Dengras Food Disinfectant Degreasant

-Bactericidal effect: dilution 5%, contact time 5 minutes, spray on the surface (50ml Dengras Food to 1l water).

-Fungicidal effect: 3% dilution, contact time 10 minutes, spray on the surface (30ml Dengras Food to 1l water).
