What is Dr. Stephan Dengras Food Degreasing Disinfectant?

Dengras Food is a disinfectant approved by the Romanian Ministry of Health / National Commission for Biocidal Products with approval no. 2247BIO. The approval of the product is for TP4 (food industry).

Used according to the indications in the technical data sheet (dilution and action time), it can carry out disinfection in spaces intended for the production and processing of food and animal feed (TP4).

According to the notice and tests effectiveness tests carried out, the product is effective against strains such as: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, etc.

Dengras Food has in its composition degreasing agents which make it a < 2-in-1 product, disinfectant and degreaser. It is a double-action product, which, while standing on the surface, acts both as a degreaser and as a disinfectant. Its degreasing action practically eliminates an operation preceding disinfection, namely degreasing with another product. This makes Dengras food a versatile, competitive and easy-to-use product.

Activity: bactericidal and fungicidal.

Active substance: 2.2% didecyldimethylammonium chloride PH: 12.5. Does not affect the surfaces on which it is applied. 

Where is Dr Stephan Dengras Food Disinfectant Degresant used?

Dengras food is recommended to degrease and disinfect surfaces or spaces where food is handled.< /p>

-In the food industry (TP4): walls, floors, refrigerators, work tables, countertops, machines (shredders, slicers, presses, mixers, etc.), utensils (spatulas, tongs, hooks, knives etc.), tanks, vehicles transporting food products.

-In serving areas intended for the public: work and serving surfaces, tableware, cutlery, slicers, showcases, jukeboxes, etc.

How to use Dr Stephan Dengras Food Disinfectant Degreasant?

- To carry out the disinfection, coarse residues must be removed from the surfaces. In order to carry out a correct disinfection, the surface must not present biofilms.

First clean, degrease or pickling, and only then disinfect!

- The disinfectant is sprayed manually or mechanically .

- Used in its pure state it is a degreaser and disinfectant, and if used diluted it is a disinfectant.

- Rinse with water after each use.

- In the 750ml version, the product is provided with a trigger to facilitate its application on the surface.

To make the dilution with Dr Stephan Dengras Food Disinfectant Degresant:

-For bactericidal effect: It will dilute in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 5% (50ml of product per 1l of water). The action time is 5 minutes.

-For fungicidal effect: It will be diluted in an aqueous solution with a concentration of 3% (30ml of product per 1l of water). The action time is 15 minutes.
