Contact and delivery data can be changed directly by all customers. All you have to do is log in to your account and you’ll have access to all the information you originally filled in when you created your account

The discount coupon can be used when completing the order. The question “Do you have a coupon?” appears in the upper left corner. To validate the coupon, click on the “Click here to enter the code” button. A new section opens, where after entering the discount code, you can validate it with the acceptance button next to it.

The invoice containing incorrect data must be canceled and a new tax invoice must be issued with the correct data. The cancellation and new fiscal invoice can only be issued in the same fiscal month and only for invoices with a value greater than 100 Euro(including VAT). If both conditions are met, contact customer service using any of the available contact methods, have the order number for which you are requesting the new invoice and the new billing information.
